  • Diet: Try to include vitamin D-rich foods in your diet, such as fatty fish (like salmon and mackerel), egg yolks, fortified dairy products, and mushrooms. 
  • Supplements: You might consider taking vitamin D supplements, especially if you have limited sun exposure or dietary intake. However, it’s important to note that vitamin D is fat-soluble, which means it can stick around in your body for a while. Be very careful when taking in more vitamin D, otherwise it can make you ill.
